Early Bird Digital Package – $45 for one dance/costume (Price after Early Bird is $49, after 6/12/24 at 9pm)

IMPORTANT: Only students with pre-orders will have individual photos taken. Individual photo orders must be placed prior to the class photo time. Orders not received in time will be refunded. Please order ahead and check-in with our on-site team for last-min orders placed on the same day to ensured that individual photos are captured.  All students will be included in the class photo, but only those with pre-orders will have individual photoshoots.

For multiple dances/costumes, please fill out one form per dance/costume. Instructions: Fill out one form, click the add to cart button and fill out another form. Click on the check out cart on the upper right corner when you are ready to check out.

Digital package includes:

• High-resolution digital images with print release. Download link for images will be delivered by email in about 3 weeks after the day of the photoshoot. Please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email address book to prevent orders from going into spam.
• 2 x Individual edited photos selected by photo studio (2 poses)
• 1 x headshot selected by photo studio
• Bonus: Includes ALL UNEDITED digital proof/images  (This is an special offer that is normally not included by most photo companies)
• Delivery via email link in 3-4 weeks after photo day

Digital class group photo add-on is available for $10 when you purchase an individual photo session.

NOTE: Class photo is NOT included in the digital package, but it can be add-on to a package for a discounted price of $10. If Class photos are not preordered, they will not be taken.

REFUND POLICY: Please note that “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund. Ordering is available on the day of the photoshoot (w/o the early bird discount) for those who are not sure whether or not the student can attend photo day. Thank you.

Prints add-on: Professional quality print options will be available for dancers who pre-order the digital package. Online gallery to order prints will be available after the event.
